
Alexander Ochmann
CEO, Member of the Board
Alexander Ochmann is the CEO and Founder of Winterberg Partners. With over a decade of experience in Private Equity Deal Sourcing and more than 25 years in C-level executive search, Alexander has successfully led approximately 400 local and international search mandates across a broad range of industries.
Alexander started his career in Investment Banking and Private Equity and was Partner and Managing Director at leading executive search consultancies like Odgers Berndtson in Switzerland and Germany. Furthermore, Alexander held the role of Head Recruiting Investment Banking at Credit Suisse (former Credit Suisse First Boston) in Zurich.
In addition to his role at Winterberg Partners, Alexander is Co-CEO and Founding Partner of med.essence GmbH, a Frankfurt-based company offering AI-driven solutions for radiology workflow automation. He also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board at CID GmbH, a leading provider of customized software solutions in Germany.
Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He studied at EBS Universität in Oestrich-Winkel (former European Business School), the London School of Economics (LSE), and the University of Zurich, with a focus on Banking and Corporate Finance.

Dr. Florian Kühnle

Florian Kühnle is a board member at Winterberg Partners focussing on deal sourcing, executive search and board appointments.
Florian has more than 20 years of professional experience as a Consultant and Partner with several leading international firms. He started his career with the Boston Consulting Group in Munich and worked in Brussels, ultimately as a Partner for the corporate finance and industrial goods practice. Later he led the consulting activity of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxemburg before joining Winterberg Partners.
Florian has worked on assignments mainly with industrial, chemical and life science groups as clients, and has led multiple search mandates in MedTech, Pharma and Nutrition, Electronics, Telecommunication, and Industrial Goods, esp. Automotive and Automotive Suppliers.
Florian studied chemistry at ETH Zurich and holds a PhD in organic chemistry. He spent his postdoctoral research at Harvard University.

Mark Eisenhut
Member of the Board
Mark Eisenhut is Chairman of the Board of Winterberg Partners and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of a renowned Swiss family office. He has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry.
Mark began his career in audit and consulting at a Big Four firm before transitioning into private banking, where he led major projects in mergers and acquisitions, integration, reorganization, and liquidation. He has also held senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at an asset management company and Chief Financial Officer at a Swiss bank.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich, with a focus on Banking and Corporate Finance.

Bernhard Gemmel
Advisor to the Board
Bernhard Gemmel is a Partner in the German law practice of the global multidisciplinary advisory firm Baker Tilly.
Bernhard has more than 25 years of professional experience as an attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt) and Partner spent in several leading international law firms, comprising inter alia Shearman & Sterling and Dentons.
Bernhard focuses on advising in the context of domestic and cross-border financing transactions in connection with the acquisition and disposal of companies, real estate and energy projects. He has particular expertise in relation to the financing of acquisitions by Private Equity Funds/LBO financings as well as in respect of project financings in several asset classes.
In addition to his role at Winterberg Partners, Bernhard is a Founding Partner of med.essence GmbH, a Frankfurt-based company offering AI-driven solutions for radiology workflow automation.
Bernhard studied law at the Universities of Saarbrücken and Nancy II. He is dually qualified as a lawyer in Germany and France, and advises in the German, French and English language.

Patrizia Castellano
Head of Research
Patrizia Castellano is Head of Research at Winterberg Partners. She brings over 30 years of experience in the Executive Search industry and has successfully led several hundred national and international search mandates, including numerous board and C-level assignments. Her sector expertise spans financial services, software and technology, healthcare, industrials, consumer goods, and professional services.

Anatol Porak
Member of the Advisory Council
Anatol Porak is an independent consultant focused on finance, IT, environmental and energy topics.
He has over 25 years of experience as a finance manager and entrepreneur. He started his career with Bertelsmann in Paris and Munich. Later he worked for Delco Industries in Vancouver, Orange in Vienna, YellowMap (SAP spin-off) in Karlsruhe, Veolia in Lausanne and the last couple of years for Électricité de France in Poland and Paris.
Throughout his career, he held positions as finance manager, corporate controller and CFO.
Anatol holds a Master degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Gallen.

Dr. Ferdinand Seibert

Ferdinand Seibert is a Managing Director and Head of Private Equity at the New York-based alternative investment arm of a leading Swiss Insurance Group.
Prior to moving to New York in 2006, Ferdinand was Head of Alternative Investments for the Zurich-based Insurance Group.
His Private Equity career began at Swiss Life Private Equity. Before, he spent several years in M&A with Credit Suisse First Boston and BNP Paribas in Europe.
Ferdinand holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen. He graduated in Engineering from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and in Management from EM Lyon.

Stephanie Bossart

Stephanie Bossart is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in corporate finance and business planning as well as in financial controlling.
Stephanie started her career with Credit Suisse in London in their Investment Banking division, followed by corporate finance positions at Bear Stearns and Ernst & Young. She was then appointed Head of Financial Planning & Country Controlling at luxury goods watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen (part of Richemont Group). Her next career step led her back to Credit Suisse where she held various management positions in Investment Banking and Private Banking. Stephanie then worked for several years as a Director with a corporate finance boutique in Zurich and is now an independent Corporate Finance advisor.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor in Management from the London School of Economics and a Masters degree in Business Administration from ESCP-EAP Europe (Oxford-Madrid stream).

Michael Hoos

Michael Hoos is the CEO of E3 CSS AG in Zurich focused on developing a European data privacy solution for cloud applications.
Michael was 16 years with Symantec in various senior leadership positions. He was responsible for the technology sales team, security specialist sales team and consulting. As part of the central European leadership team he helped to build up the business in multiple countries including turnaround situations and cultural change projects. He led large-scale projects with multinational customers in the areas of security, governance, business continuity, administration and cloud.
Michael studied political science, history and theology at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, Germany, and also completed the „Accelerated Leadership Program“ for high potentials at Symantec.

Roman Harbich

Roman Harbich is entrepreneur, investor, advisor and a global senior FinTech operations manager who has performed in various Board and C-level roles covering topics such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy Consulting, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Restructuring, green field development and startups.
He has worked for companies such as NCR, Teradata, AT&T, Management Data (Bank Austria Group), SmartStream Technologies, Aquin Components, Princeton Financial Systems, State Street Corporation, Turn Around Platform 09 Group, Management Consulting Services and Quartal Financial Solutions.
Having developed a track record of non-failure in more than 30 years of business practice, the founding of the company Harrocon consolidated all his knowledge areas into a specialized M&A and advisory business.
Roman holds a master degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and attended post graduate education in Strategic Marketing at Cranfield University’s Business School of Management in the UK.

Dennis Rubner

Dennis Rubner is the co-founder and Managing Director of Mighty-Office, a company specialised on corporate geocaching solutions.
Dennis has more than two decades of experience in the telecom and technology sectors. In this context, he worked as managing director and other management functions. He also advised clients as a management and strategic advisor. Prior to his current function he acted as managing director for a telecom provider for Swiss business clients. Dennis gained further expertise in the Private Equity industry through his role with Exigen Capital.
Earlier, he was the deputy head of the customer care, IT and operations department at UPC-Cablecom, where he was responsible for all operational improvements and firmwide end-to-end processes. Subsequently he was promoted to a member of the management board of UPC-Cablecom, the leading Swiss cable network operator.
Dennis started his career in consulting, where he worked for more than 10 years with Accenture and Solution Providers.
Dennis Rubner holds a Master in Computer and Information Science and studied at the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel (EBS), EBS London and at the San Diego State University in California.

Burkard von Mauschwitz

Burkard von Mauschwitz is Managing Director of ISODRAHT Ltd. in Mannheim, Germany.
Burkhard has more than 20 years leadership experience in the automotive and consumer goods industry. He started his career with a German premium car manufacturer and subsequently took over responsibility for sales and product development with a leading car access systems manufacturer.
He then moved into consumer goods to work for the leading children vehicles brand in the German market. Today he is responsible for one company of the largest European manufacturer of paint wire in the growing electric vehicle market.
Burkhard holds a master degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wuppertal, Germany.

Daniel Juncker

Daniel Juncker is Head of Projects at REM Capital AG, the German market leader in the advisory of small, medium and large Corporates for public subsidy funds.
Daniel has 30 years of international experience in Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance in Germany, France and the USA. He started his career at Dresdner Bank in 1987 in the international documentary business in Düsseldorf, then went to New York and joined thereafter the HQ of Dresdner Bank in the Global Corporate Risk Division. In 1994 he was delegated to BNP Banque Nationale de Paris to set up and operate the first MidCap German Desk of BNP in France.
From 1999 to 2008 Daniel held several roles in Corporate Banking, Project Finance, Trade Finance and Derivatives at LRP Landesbank Rheinland-Pfalz where he was appointed as Board Member (Vorstand) in 2006.
After a two year experience as a Partner with Gemini Executive Search he joined the Corporate Banking Team of ING Commercial Bank in Frankfurt as Managing Director. Before joining REM Capital AG he built up the Key Account management team for Deutsche Leasing Group.
Daniel holds a BA (Hons) and studied at ESB Business School Reutlingen, Germany, and at CESEM Reims (now NEOMA) in France.
